The Start I Never Had

When I first started Styld by Grace, I was looking for an outlet to create without the pressure of reaching the highest level of success.

I was yearning to create from a place of rest and not of constant pressure.

In the design world, performance is EVERYTHING. You have to be the best. You have to have the best ideas, the best work ethic, the best designs, the best resume, the best words. 

And that’s when I had a thought…

Where in all of that is God and His grace?

Where in all of that is there room for God to do HIS best?

The striving, the unhealthy competition, the lack of work/life balance, was draining at best and sucking away at my soul at worst. 

I never started this with the idea of it becoming more than a hobby or a fun side project. So I never really launched it the way I think it deserves. 

This is a God dream. He planted it in my heart. To stop striving and start creating and living at the rhythm of grace. That all who come here are welcome and are inspired to live in the style of grace. 

Re-launching means solidifying, standing in agreement, proclaiming, and putting a stake in the ground. 

For His glory. For His Kingdom. For His point of view. And to help you, my friend, choose grace and find purpose in Him.
