2019 Christmas Wishlist

It’s not unusual for there to be a list waiting for my husband of the special things I’d like for Christmas. This year was a bit different. He had to ask me a few times for one. I guess I just felt content. I don’t feel like anything is missing. We are very fortunate to have everything we need. Anything else is extra and I’m super thankful for that.

But after his persuasion and to make shopping a lot easier (lol), I created a wishlist. Mostly filled with vinyl records to add to my collection and one hot ticket item. Many of these items can be bought on Amazon. So if you’re searching for last minute gifts, this wishlist will be helpful.

iPad and Apple Pencil
I’ve been wanting an iPad for a while so I can work save time when creating new hand lettered work. Also, if I’m on the go, it would be so helpful to have a “mini laptop” with me.

Mama Necklace
For all the moms out there, this is the cutest and most thoughtful gift. I’ve got my eyes on these two necklaces. The handwritten one is from Stella & Dot and the Disk Necklace is from Made by Mary.

Letterboard
I think I’m pretty late to the game with this one but I’d still love to have one for styled picture sessions or future photo sessions with baby Phoenix 😉 These are so popular that you can get them for a great deal on Amazon or you can support a small business by shopping for them at Letterfolk.

Makeup Brush Set
If you’re into makeup (or if you’re like me and just hate cleaning your brushes and need extras) then getting makeup brush sets during the holidays is the way to go. There are such great deals during this time of year. You can get these on the Sephora website (Gold Set and Black Set) and/or the Ulta website (Silver and Black Set & Purple Set).

Adidas Casual Sneakers
I’m loving the snakeskin trend right now and these sneakers are both comfortable and fashion forward. I love the neutral colors in these! I’ve seen them at Macy’s and Finish Line. There are other color options in this same style if snakeskin isn’t your thing.

Vinyls, vinyls, and more vinyls
I’m a music lover. I’ve been singing and performing since I can remember. And I just love all types of music. The best present you can give someone who loves music is either a record player or records for their record player. Every Christmas I add new vinyl to my wishlist. Here are some of the ones I have my eye on: Queen Greatest Hits, Songs In The Key Of Life by Stevie Wonder, The Diary Of Alicia Keys, The Bodyguard Soundtrack (this one I will have to scavenger on the internet or at local record store), Jesus Is King by Kanye West, The Greatest Hits Spice Girls, Elvis’ Christmas Album, and Ultimate Sinatra.

Leather Jacket
This is a staple piece in my closet. I use it to add some edginess to my outfits or to dress up a casual dress. There are so many stores you can get an affordable faux leather jacket. The one pictured is from Topshop and is currently on sale at Nordstrom.
